I’m Eva Chang, a mortgage broker and the founder of Melcity Finance. I help home buyers, homeowners and property investors understand their borrowing position and navigate the lending process.
MEET EVA
Mortgage lending has been my work since 2016.
I’ve worked in mortgage lending since 2016, helping clients navigate everything from their first home purchase to refinancing, investment lending and their next property.
I started Melcity Finance because I wanted to offer clients a more personal and practical way to navigate the lending process — with clear explanations, careful follow-up and someone who stays involved from the first conversation through to settlement.
I work with clients in English and Chinese, and particularly enjoy helping people understand not just which loan may suit them, but why.
